Central Coast Olive Oil Results!


The Central Coast Olive Oil Competition released the final results of the 2016 competition today. With over 117 olive oils entered from all across California, three oils emerged as Best of Show.

The main event featured some of the premier olive oils produced state-wide. Past participants along with new joined in on what is becoming one of the best growing competitions in California. The final count tallied 117 olive oils from 39 farms.

"We are so honored to be recognized by The Central Coast Olive Oil Competition. This has been a busy year for us,” Kendal Krupa the Marketing Manager for The Olive Press who was 2015’s Olive Oil Producer of the Year stated. “We have a new miller and this year was one of our most bountiful in oil production, which makes these accolades that much more exciting!"

The winning oils will be featured at the California Mid-State Fair this summer and at the Lodi Grape Festival in September.
